Lewis Sheldrake

Lewis initially carried out research with Link Economics under the UC professional internship programme, where he examined competition in New Zealand's general insurance market. He examined market concentration, profitability, pricing trends, and regulatory gaps while drawing on government reviews, consumer data, and economic analysis.

Now, as a Research Assistant for Link Economics, Lewis provides research support and analysis on client projects, including in the electricity sector.

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics. He is currently a Masters in Applied Finance and Economics student at the University of Canterbury.
